About
Becki Noles | Coaching & Consulting was founded in 2010 with the sole purpose of making the lives of introverted small business owners a little easier. As a life-long introvert, I was never able to fit into the mold of the traditional business owner. It seemed as though most of the business building principles were geared towards the extroverted. In 2002 I read “The Introvert Advantage: How to Thrive in an Extrovert World” by Dr. Marti Olsen Laney and it changed my life and my perspective on my business. After I embraced my introversion and custom tailored solutions to my style, my business started to thrive.
Over the years, I have developed and honed my business and marketing techniques to my individual personality type. I make up the 1% of the population considered to be an INFP (Introversion, iNtuition, Feeling, Perception). This gives me the uncanny ability to understand and help others get through the intricacies of using their introverted personality type to their advantage.
I have been the visionary of the Virtual Accuracy Companies and at the forefront of stream-lining coaching businesses since 1998. Utilizing a combination of coaching and consulting I custom tailor and implement individualized action plans for taking coaching businesses to the next level. As both a coach and technical virtual services provider, my business partners with top business and executive coaches in the United States, Australia, Canada, England, Norway and the world over.
In 2005, with the help of my business partner and husband Dale Noles, we started Virtual Assistant Training, a unique coaching, training and mentoring program for new and established virtual assistants. Over the course of the past 6 years through coaching, training and seminars, we have helped hundreds of business owners find the traction they need in order to succeed.
I was born and raised in south central Pennsylvania. In 1997, Dale and I moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina where we resided for almost 10 years. In 2006 we moved back to central Pennsylvania with our adopted son Kaleb so we could be surrounded by our loving family and friends.
